Footasylum offer free returns via Hermes, ASDA toyou and CollectPlus, simply fill out the returns form you received with your order, and follow the instructions on the returns leaflet that was included with your parcel.

Complete the exchange section of our returns form and send everything back via our free returns service, or return your order to store if the replacement product is in stock. If there’s a price difference between what you purchased originally and the exchange product, we’ll either refund the difference or give you a phone call to take the additional payment.
