No. MyMask face masks are not designed or classified as PPE, they are not sold as medical equipment, and as such are not clinically proven to protect you from catching Covid-19. If used properly, they may however protect others around you from virus transmission if you are infected.

Your MyMask order should arrive the next working day via 1st Class Royal Mail if your order is placed before 11am Monday-Friday; however this can sometimes take longer.

For hygiene and safety reasons, MyMask does not accept returns if packaging has been damaged or opened. All orders made are final for hygiene reasons once an order has been shipped it cannot be returned unless the packaging is sealed and undamaged.
